Liuchu Refrigeration Wins Praise at Wenzhou 2026

Targeting the high-precision injection molding and extrusion processes in Wenzhou, the Liuchu technical team demonstrated the core technological advantages of its closed-loop cooling system on-site. Traditional open cooling towers are prone to reduced heat exchange efficiency in plastic injection molding machines due to scale buildup and impurities, even damaging core molds. Liuchu's closed-loop cooling system, however, employs a fully enclosed internal circulation design, achieving "zero pollution and zero scale." Combined with high-efficiency heat exchange coils and precise wet-bulb temperature control algorithms, it ensures consistently stable circulating water temperature, significantly shortening the molding cycle of rubber and plastic products and improving yield.

During the exhibition, the Liuchu Refrigeration booth not only attracted numerous local manufacturing companies from the Yangtze River Delta region but also many overseas cross-border buyers extending through foreign trade channels.
