Precise Calculations Overcome High-Load Cooling Challenges Due to the complex operating conditions of this project, there were near-stringent requirements for the cleanliness of the circulating water and the temperature difference during the cooling process. During the initial coordination, Liuchu Refrigeration's technical team conducted precise simulations based on local meteorological data and the system's wet-bulb temperature, ultimately recommending a customized LC-N series all-steel closed-loop cooling system. This system adopts a fully enclosed internal circulation design, achieving "zero pollution and zero scaling," perfectly ensuring the long-term stable operation of the customer's core production equipment.

As Liuchu Refrigeration's flagship product, this batch of closed-circuit cooling towers abandons traditional fiberglass (FRP) materials, employing a high-quality, corrosion-resistant metal steel structure and high-efficiency heat exchange coils throughout. Whether in terms of corrosion resistance, wind and shock resistance, or service life, it reaches international first-class standards and perfectly complies with ISO quality management system standards.
