During the preliminary design phase, the Liuchu engineering team performs computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and thermodynamic simulations based on historical peak wet-bulb temperatures (Wet-Bulb Temperature) from local meteorological stations. By precisely calculating the heat exchange coil surface area and airflow distribution, Liuchu ensures that even under extreme "sultry tropical weather," outlet water temperatures remain strictly and stably within process requirements.
High-temperature and high-humidity environments accelerate the aging and corrosion of ordinary carbon steel plates and traditional Fiber-Reinforced Plastic (FRP).
