The shell of our open cross-flow cooling tower is made of magnesium-plated aluminum-zinc plate of the same quality as Posco in South Korea. A layer of magnesium is applied to the ordinary magnesium-plated aluminum-zinc plate, which is more corrosion-resistant, has a longer service life and a more beautiful appearance. If there are special requirements, it can be upgraded to 304 stainless steel.
The filler is generally made of PVC material, and can be upgraded to PP filler if high temperature requirements are required. The cooling water flows on the surface of the filler and fully contacts the air, which reduces the water temperature and improves the cooling efficiency.
The fan is installed on one side of the top of the cooling tower. Through forced ventilation, it accelerates the air flow, discharges the hot and humid air out of the tower, and introduces fresh air to ensure the continuous cooling process.
It is equipped with an inspection door and a ladder for easy maintenance.
