The shell of our open countercurrent cooling tower is made of magnesium-coated aluminum-zinc plate of the same quality as Posco in South Korea. A layer of magnesium is applied to the ordinary magnesium-coated aluminum-zinc plate, which is more corrosion-resistant, has a longer service life and a more beautiful appearance. If there are special requirements, it can be upgraded to 304 stainless steel.
The filler is made of PVC material, which can be upgraded to PP material if high temperature is required.
The fan is installed at the top of the cooling tower to provide power for air flow, so that air enters from the bottom of the tower and is discharged from the top of the tower. The fan adopts an axial flow fan, which has the characteristics of large air volume and high air pressure. The airfoil fan has wide blades, light weight, large fan diameter, low speed, and low power consumption, which can reduce operating costs.
