The shell of our closed crossflow cooling tower is made of magnesium-plated aluminum-zinc plate of the same quality as Posco in South Korea. A layer of magnesium is applied to the ordinary magnesium-plated aluminum-zinc plate, which is more corrosion-resistant, has a longer service life and a more beautiful appearance. If there are special requirements, it can be upgraded to 304 stainless steel.
The spray pump is horizontal, with large flow and low energy consumption, and the impeller is a 304 stainless steel impeller.
All parts of the cooling tower that come into contact with the circulating water of your equipment, including the condenser and the inlet and outlet water pipes, are made of 304 stainless steel.
The PVC filler is located below the condenser, and the spray water flows on the surface of the filler, fully contacts with the air, reduces the water temperature, and improves the cooling efficiency.
The fan is installed on one side of the top of the cooling tower. Through forced ventilation, the air flow is accelerated, and the hot and humid air is discharged out of the tower. At the same time, fresh air is introduced to ensure the continuous cooling process.
Equipped with an electric control box, it can realize automatic start and stop of temperature control.
It is equipped with an inspection door and a ladder for easy maintenance.
