The shell of our closed cooling tower is made of magnesium-plated aluminum-zinc plate, the same quality as the Korean Pohang plate. A layer of magnesium is covered on the ordinary aluminum-zinc plate, which is more corrosion-resistant, has a longer life, and a more beautiful appearance. It can be upgraded to 304 stainless steel if there are special requirements.
The spray pump is horizontal, with high flow and low energy consumption, and the impeller is a 304 stainless steel impeller.
The fan is installed at the top of the cooling tower to provide power for air flow, so that air enters from the bottom of the tower and is discharged from the top of the tower. The fan adopts an axial flow fan, which has the characteristics of large air volume and high air pressure. The airfoil fan has wide blades, light weight, large fan diameter, low speed, low power consumption, and can reduce operating costs.
All the places in the cooling tower that come into contact with the circulating water of your equipment are all 304 stainless steel, including the condenser and the inlet and outlet water pipes.
Equipped with an electric control box, it can realize automatic start and stop of temperature control.
